What we're looking for
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of dynamic work environments, preferably hotels or large cafeterias.
Education & certifications
Essential: Degree or knowledge acquired in the performance of their profession equivalent to high school graduate or vocational training in bars, restaurants, and buffets. Languages: Spanish, English; French and German are valued.
The role
As a Waiter/Waitress Assistant, you will collaborate in the preparation and execution of the food and beverage service, supporting the dining room team to ensure a satisfactory experience for our guests. You will be responsible for keeping the service areas properly prepared and organized, complying with quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
What you'll do
Prepare and set up the service areas before each shift.
Support the food and beverage service following established standards.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and restocking of materials and utensils.
Prepare beverages and assist with delivering orders.
Assist with billing and closing tasks when required during service.
Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
How you'll work
Shift schedules. Split shifts from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 23:30
