Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience of at least 1 year in operating packaging machinery or in a similar position.
Basic knowledge in maintenance or mechanical adjustments.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to resolve technical problems quickly.
Valid food handler certificate.
Own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

Nice to have

Training in mechanics, electricity, or industrial maintenance is valued.
Full-time availability to work rotating shifts (M/T/N).

The role

At Temporing, we are selecting a Packaging Machine Operator Assistant for a renowned company in the food sector located in Mutxamel.

What you'll do

Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and necessary adjustments to ensure correct operation before starting production.
Operate and control packaging machines safely and efficiently, following established procedures and safety regulations.
Supply containers, labels, caps, and other materials in the required quantities and at the required times.
Adjust the machine according to product specifications (speed, temperature, pressure, etc.).
Perform periodic quality controls during the packaging process.
Maintain accurate production records, including the quantity of packaged products, machinery operating times, and any incidents or malfunctions.
