Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree or qualifying training in Early Childhood Education.
Previous 5 years of experience working with children aged 0 to 3 years, preferably in nursery schools.
Proactive, organized, and decisive person with initiative to face day-to-day needs.
Communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in team coordination, organization of educational centers, or management of similar responsibilities.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Gross annual salary of €22,832.86 gross per year.
Schedule from Monday 9:00 to 17:00 h and from Tuesday to Friday 8:00 to 14:00 h. It is governed by the school calendar of the province of Valladolid.

The role

At Temporing we are selecting a Nursery School Director for children aged 0 to 3 years to manage a center in Valladolid.

What you'll do

Develop, coordinate, and promote the center's educational project, applying the company's own educational methodology.
Organize and supervise the daily operation of the nursery school, guaranteeing the quality of the educational service and the care of the children.
Coordinate and lead a team of approximately 9 people.
Manage and organize the center's human resources, facilitating team coordination, coverage of absences, and the correct distribution of tasks.
Supervise administrative tasks, such as the issuance of receipts and the monitoring of documentation and internal procedures.
Control compliance with safety reviews and protocols, including fire extinguishers, legionella, and food sampling.
Foster a good working environment, promoting collaboration, adaptation to work procedures, and the involvement of the entire team.
