The role

From Temporing, we are selecting personnel to join as a crackling operator in a meat sector company located in the Montesquiu area.

What you'll do

Production of cracklings following traditional protocols and recipes, ensuring the quality standards of the food sector.
Preparation, cutting, and handling of raw materials: selection, chopping, and weighing of the meat product.
Packing, packaging, labeling, and storage of the final product for distribution.
Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, utensils, and the work area, complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Active collaboration with the production team to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
