Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
Two years of experience in HR administration within a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of administrative management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Minimum English level B2.
Strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive planning, perseverance, and diplomacy are required.
High degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with high-level professionals, both inside and outside the organization.

Schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, with a continuous working day (no lunch break) on Fridays.

The role

From Temporada Barcelona, we are recruiting an HR Operations (Payroll and Social Security) specialist for an important pharmaceutical company located in Sant Joan Despí.

What you'll do

Manage the payroll and Social Security process.
Manage learning and training processes.
Prepare reports and provide information to different stakeholders.
Manage purchase orders, the invoicing process, and monthly accruals.
Lead specific HR projects and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
