Changing connections on switches
Installation and configuration of NFC tags

What we're looking for
Technical training (Vocational Training in IT, university degree or equivalent certifications).
At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar position.
Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, basic Linux administration, and remote access tools.
Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and network device configuration.
Ability to document processes, resolve incidents autonomously, and provide good internal customer service.
Availability for immediate incorporation and flexibility in scheduling for potential out-of-hours support if necessary.
