Junior Technician - Technical Management of Civil Works Projects

We are looking for a Junior Level Graduate (University Degree, Technical Engineering, VET or similar) residing in Figueres or nearby areas to join the Civil Works division in September 2026. If you are looking for a project where you are not just another number but a professional in constant evolution, combining on-site construction work with office strategy, this is the place for you!

• Provide support in document management and monthly tracking of the project status to ensure compliance with the project's quality standards and deadlines. What you gain: Learn real project management methodology from the inside and develop an overall view of civil works.

• Draft technical reports and project documentation to ensure that each construction phase is recorded with the utmost precision and transparency for the client. What you gain: Hone your technical analysis skills, one of the most highly valued abilities in the industry.

• Manage direct contact and procedures with town councils and other public entities to speed up the licenses and administrative processes needed for project progress. What you gain: Develop institutional communication skills and lose your fear of negotiation in professional environments.

• Combine office work with on-site visits to verify that what is planned on paper is correctly executed on the ground. What you gain: Acquire the real hands-on technical experience that will consolidate you as a well-rounded professional.

Building Division

• University Degree or VET qualification (any technical or bachelor's degree, e.g., Civil Engineering, Building, Technical Architecture, Geography or similar). We need your educational background so that you understand the project's technical language.

• Residence in Figueres or surroundings. We want your daily routine to be comfortable; avoiding long daily commutes will allow you to focus your energy on what really matters: your learning and your rest.

• Availability to join in September 2026. This is the ideal time when planning for the new project cycle begins, allowing you to receive a complete "onboarding" from the very start.

• Willingness to learn and proactivity. The difference will be your attitude toward asking questions, proposing ideas and outdoing yourself every day.

• Dar soporte en la gestión documental y el seguimiento mensual del estado de la obra para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y plazos del proyecto. Ganas tú: Aprender la metodología real de gestión de proyectos desde dentro y desarrollar una visión global de la obra civil.

• Redactar informes técnicos y documentación del proyecto para asegurar que cada fase constructiva quede registrada con la máxima precisión y transparencia de cara al cliente. Ganas tú: Pulir tu capacidad de análisis técnico, una de las habilidades más valoradas en el sector.

• Gestionar el contacto directo y tramitaciones con ayuntamientos y otras entidades públicas para agilizar las licencias y procesos administrativos necesarios para el avance del proyecto. Ganas tú: Desarrollar habilidades de comunicación institucional y perder el miedo a la negociación en entornos profesionales.

• Combinar el trabajo de oficina con visitas a pie de obra para contrastar que lo planificado sobre el papel se ejecuta correctamente en el terreno. Ganas tú: Adquirir la experiencia técnica real de campo que te consolidará como un/a profesional completo/a.

División de Edificación

• Titulado/a Medio Universitario o FP (Cualquier titulación técnica o de grado, ej. Ingeniería Civil, Edificación, Arquitectura Técnica, Geografía o similar). Necesitamos tu base formativa para que entiendas el lenguaje técnico del proyecto.

• Residencia en Figueres o alrededores. Queremos que tu día a día sea cómodo; evitar largos desplazamientos diarios te permitirá centrar tu energía en lo que de verdad importa: tu aprendizaje y tu descanso.

• Disponibilidad para incorporarte en Septiembre de 2026. Es el momento idóneo en el que arranca la planificación del nuevo ciclo del proyecto, permitiéndote recibir un "onboarding" (acogida) completo desde el inicio.

• Ganas de aprender y proactividad. Lo que marcará la diferencia es tu actitud para preguntar, proponer y superarte cada día.

• Mentoring real: No estarás solo/a ante el peligro. Contarás con el apoyo diario de técnicos senior que te guiarán, resolverán tus dudas y celebrarán cada uno de tus avances.

• Cultura de equipo humana: Formarás parte de un equipo de obra civil donde la colaboración es real, la comunicación es horizontal y el ambiente es de apoyo mutuo.

• Tu bienestar y equilibrio (Nuestro Horario): Tu horario habitual de oficina y obra será de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 18:00. Los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son libres para que los disfrutes por completo con los tuyos.
