We need to hire, for a logistics company specializing in international parcel shipping and receiving located in Coslada, an administrative assistant or logistics operations manager.
What you'll do
Among the functions to be performed:
- Telephone assistance and support in the resolution of logistics incidents.
- Contact with clients and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with operations by the transport agencies.
- Customs Management
- Control of compliance with delivery deadlines and receipt of orders.
- Administrative and documentary tasks specific to the department.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in Customs management (Qualification will be valued)
- Customer orientation and responsibility.
- Knowledge of logistics ERP.
- Experience in telephone assistance.
