What you'll do

  • Obtain information from legacy systems (ERP, databases, Excel, etc.).
  • Identify which data must be migrated (customers, suppliers, accounts, transactions).
  • Review that the data has no errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
  • Standardize formats (dates, currencies, accounting codes).
  • Adapt the information to the format required by the new system.
  • Map old accounting accounts to the new chart of accounts.
  • Import the information into the new system.
  • Run loading tests.
