HR Management Intern - Audiovisual Sector (remote)

At Temps Multiwork ETT SL, a company specialized in temporary employment and HR solutions, we are looking to bring on an HR intern for our Audiovisual Department to collaborate remotely in "telework" mode. The physical offices are located at Calle Orense, 20 in Madrid (Madrid), but it will not be necessary to attend the Madrid offices.

What will you learn and do at a temporary employment agency?

• Provide support to the management team on audiovisual projects remotely from your own home and, on occasion, collaborating from a co-working space in Albacete city. Client relations, database management, project management (hiring, registrations/deregistrations/cancellations with the TGSS, PRL (CAE) management, SEPE, payroll, worker support)

What is offered:

• 3-month internship contract with the possibility of extension up to 6 months

• Schedule: Part-time split shift in the afternoon from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, although there will be schedule flexibility depending on the intern's needs (classes, personal matters, etc.)
• Remote work from home. On occasion, you will attend a co-working space.

• Students in their final years of Labour Relations and Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration and Management (ADE)
• Interest in the temporary employment agency, consulting, and/or labour management sector

En Temps Multiwork ETT SL, empresa especializada en trabajo temporal y soluciones de RRHH, buscamos incorporar a un becario/a de de recursos humanos para nuestro Departamento Audiovisual para colaborar a distancia en modo "teletrabajo", las oficinas físicas están ubicadas en la Calle Orense, 20 de Madrid (Madrid), pero no será necesario acudir a las oficinas de Madrid.

¿Qué aprenderás y harás en una ETT?

• Dar soporte al equipo de gestión en los proyectos audiovisuales a distancia desde tu propio domicilio y en alguna ocasión colaborando en un espacio co-working en Albacete ciudad. Relaciones con el cliente, gestión de bases de datos, gestión de proyectos (contratación, altas/bajas/anulaciones en TGSS, gestión PRL (CAE) SEPE, nóminas, atención al trabajador)

Se ofrece:

• contrato de prácticas de 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga hasta los 6 meses

• Horario: Jornada parcial tarde 16:00-20:00 horas, aunque habrá flexibilidad horaria según las necesidades del becario (clases, asuntos propios, etc.)
• Trabajo en remoto desde casa. En alguna ocasión, se acudirá a un Co-working.

• Estudiantes de últimos cursos de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, Derecho o ADE
• Interés por el sector de ETT, Consultoría y/o Gestoría laboral
