Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Good command of office software, especially Excel with large volumes of data.
Previous experience of 2-3 years in roles with similar functions.
Strong dedication and commitment
Ability to acquire new knowledge

Nice to have

Knowledge of Portuguese payroll is a plus.

At Prosegur, we are looking to incorporate a new HR and Payroll Technician for our central offices in Madrid.

What you'll do

You will participate in the full HR Administration process: hires, terminations, and contractual changes.
Drafting of employment contracts
Handling and channeling inquiries: regulations, management of permits and vacations, sick leaves, withholdings, etc.
Review, control, and execution of payroll.
Management and control of variations/resolution of incidents of a salary nature, social security, tax, and other public or private entities within the labor relations framework.
