What you'll do

Build and execute DualEntry's recruiting strategy across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles
Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning
Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies
Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end
Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what's working

What we're looking for

Hardcore work ethic and high agency
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)
Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound
Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs

Base salary: $120,000 - $170,000 USD
