Required Experience: Minimum 2 years

To succeed in this position, we are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:

• Experience: Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in similar positions as a cook, chef de partie, or kitchen assistant with increasing responsibilities.
• Culinary Knowledge: Solid foundation in cooking techniques, preparation of different types of dishes, and knowledge of raw materials. Experience in various types of cuisine will be valued.
• Hygiene and Food Safety: Knowledge and strict application of hygiene and food handling regulations (a valid food handler's certificate will be a plus).
• Organization and Efficiency: Ability to work in an organized manner, manage time, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Location: Zamora

As a Cook, you will be a key piece in the preparation and creation of a wide variety of dishes, always guaranteeing maximum quality and compliance with culinary standards. Your main functions will include:

• Preparation and cooking of food following established recipes and specifications.
• Organization and supervision of the daily mise en place.
• Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Management of raw material inventory and requesting supplies when necessary.
• Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
• Adaptation to different cooking styles and customer needs.
• Quality control of ingredients and final products.
