We offer you a stable, full-time position with a rotating schedule that combines morning and afternoon shifts, guaranteeing a balance between work and personal life.

The selected person will be responsible for the preparation of daily meals for the residents, ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of the dishes. You will be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and a good working environment are fundamental. We are looking for someone eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Preparation of daily menus following established guidelines and the residence's quality standards.
• Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for 90 diners, adapting to possible specific dietary needs.
• Control and supervision of the state and quality of the food.
• Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, including the cleaning of utensils, tableware, and work surfaces.
• Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
