About the role

We are looking for a Logistics / Warehouse Assistant with forklift for immediate start, with an initial 3-month contract and real possibility of continuity.

What you'll do

📌 MAIN DUTIES:

• Organize customer and supplier loading and unloading.

• Receiving material: verifying quantities, labeling, locating and computer registration.

• Stock control: counts and random checks.

• Assisting customers who pick up orders at the factory.

• Order preparation (picking) and placement of finished product and raw materials.

• Hiring transport agencies according to procedures.

• Document management of delivery notes.

• Assisting carriers, ensuring safety during loading and unloading (except tankers).

• Generating logistics documentation in compliance with regulations and batch consistency.

• Supplying the tintometric machine with bases and moving finished product to the warehouse.

• Managing incidents and communicating with Customer Service.

• Handling with vacuum equipment to complete manufacturing leftovers.

• Strapping pallets with an automatic shrink-wrap machine and placing them in the loading area (Dock).
