We are looking for an AUTOMATIC ENCAPSULATION OPERATOR for a company dedicated to the development and third-party manufacturing of dietary supplements and nutraceutical products, located in Granollers.

What you'll do

Preparation and startup of automatic encapsulation machines.
Feeding the machine with capsules and product.
Adjustment of production parameters according to batch specifications.
Monitoring the correct operation of the machine during the process.
Performing in-process controls: capsule weight, appearance, closure, yield, and detection of possible incidents.
Supervision of the dosing and product feeding system.
Resolution of minor incidents and basic adjustments of the machinery.
Cleaning and format changeover of equipment following established procedures.
Completion of production and process control records.
Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and internal procedures.
Communication of any detected deviation or incident to the production manager.
