We are looking for a MIXING AND WEIGHING OPERATOR for a company specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of food supplements and pharmaceutical products located in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
- Request raw materials from the warehouse and receive them in the cleanroom according to manufacturing orders.
- Perform and ensure the weighing of raw materials according to the mixing/manufacturing guide and procedures according to regulations.
- Verification of raw material codes and batches, completion of production guides and records.
- Respond to initial incidents.
- Cleaning of the room and equipment.
- Proceed with the mixing of raw materials according to the product (solid reactor/mixer) according to the guide instruction.
- Proceed with uperization if production so requires (UHT).
- Operational functioning of the line on which they are working.
- Respond to initial incidents.
- Machine adjustment.
- Completion of manufacturing guides and records.
- Cleaning of the room and equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Stable position.
- Own vehicle.
