About the role
We currently have THREE vacancies available for the position of machining workshop operator to work at an important company in the sector located in the Rivas area.
What you'll do
o Collect merchandise from the warehouse to start production.
o Machine preparation (fixtures and tools)
o Supply/feed the machine with parts, properly securing the parts in the vise...
o Adjustment of the first part.
o Monitor the machine in case any issues arise.
o Deburring of parts.
o Use of hand tools, such as files, drills...
o Measurement with conventional instruments (micrometer, height gauge, caliper, gauge...)
o Cleaning and tidiness of the workstation.
o Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, tool changes, reading of blueprints...
What we're looking for
Experience in the industrial sector and training in machining processes and chip removal.
LATHES
o Programming at the machine (Fanuc, Heidenhain control...)
o Selection and assembly of tools.
o Machining of single parts and short series.
o Ensuring quality and precision in machining.
o Reading of blueprints.

Actualmente tenemos TRES vacantes disponibles para la posición de operario/a de taller mecanizado para trabajar en una importante empresa del sector ubicada en la zona de Rivas
What you'll do
o Recoger en almacén la mercancía para comenzar la producción.
o Preparación de máquina (utillaje y herramientas)
o Abastecer/alimentar la máquina de piezas, asegurando bien las piezas en la mordaza…
o Ajuste de la primera pieza.
o Atención en máquina por si surgen incidencias.
o Rebarbado de piezas.
o Uso de herramientas manuales, como limas,taladros…
o Medición con instrumento convencional (micrómetro, columna, pie de rey, calibre..)
o Limpieza y orden puesto de trabajo.
o Conocimientos de cotas, tolerancias, cambio de herramientas, interpretación de planos…

Experiencia en sector industrial y formación en procesos de mecanizado y arranque por viruta.
TORNOS
o Programación a pie de máquina (control Fanuc, Heidenhain….)
o Elección y montaje de herramientas.
o Mecanizado de piezas unitarias y series cortas.
o Asegurar la calidad y precisión en los mecanizados.
o Interpretación de planos.
