The role
We are looking for a CLEANING SUPERVISOR to join a company located in Barcelona.
What you'll do
-Staff management: coordination of an average of 80 workers assigned.
-Recruitment and selection of new profiles when necessary.
-Client relations: each managed office is considered a client (approx. 200 in total).
-Administrative tasks linked to daily operations.
-Occasional external inspections, scheduled in advance.
-Support in planning and organizing the service.
-Going to client sites to supervise staff
How you'll work
-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

-Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position
-Availability to carry out client inspections (during the working day)
-Driving license B
-Basic computer skills
-Previous experience managing people or working with teams under your charge
