The role
Temps, a leading company in personnel selection and management, is looking to immediately hire experienced waiters/waitresses with knowledge of protocol to cover extra shifts.
We are looking for people with a solid track record in restaurants, capable of performing fluently in services that require a high level of attention to detail and knowledge of protocol rules.
What you'll do
The main functions of the position will include, among others:
- Table-side customer service.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Preparation and presentation of tables and service areas.
- Management of incidents and resolution of complaints with professionalism.
- Collaboration with the rest of the floor and kitchen team to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for the diner.
- Application of protocol knowledge during service, ensuring compliance with established rules for high-end events and services.
Job description
