Production Manager - Corrugated Cardboard Sector

• Experience: Minimum [2-5] years in corrugated cardboard factories or paper/packaging industries.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment, flatbed die-cutters, and cutting plotters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skills: Ability to make quick decisions during machine downtime and excellent management of plant teams.
• Driving license and residence in Arganda del Rey or surrounding areas

We are looking for a Production Manager with experience in cardboard transformation processes to lead our factory. Someone who knows the manufacturing chain well, from the corrugator to the finished product. Important company located in Arganda del Rey

They will be the key piece acting as a bridge in the factory between the production and administration departments, optimizing machinery performance and leading the human team.

• Machine load planning: Organize production schedules for the corrugating, die-cutting, and gluing lines.
• Operational efficiency: Maximize material utilization and drastically reduce waste levels.
• Maintenance and Quality: Supervise the quality of the work performed, training staff to provide maximum performance and quality to the tasks.
• Personnel management: Coordinate staff and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Internal logistics: Coordinate the entry and exit of finished products with the warehouse.
