What we're looking for

. Ideally a higher degree.

. Interested in training, betting on professional growth to assume the role of Manager.

. We are looking for a Profile with commercial skills, Leadership capacity, Teamwork and Negotiation.

. Previous experience in a Hypermarket environment and/or large-scale retail.

. Demonstrate having had personnel in charge and/or in coordination, a team of at least 5 people.

. Must have own vehicle.

. Food Handler's certificate.

. Forklift license.

. Availability to travel and move between the Canary archipelago.

Rotating morning and afternoon shifts - Monday to Sunday - Two days off per week
Base Salary: 20500 euros Gross/Yearly
Additional Mobility BONUSES: availability for rotation on the island 1,800€/year and/or availability for rotation between the other islands 3,600€/year + Per diems; the company will cover accommodation, meals, and mileage for travel.
An additional package will be included if the Manager role is assumed

An important group specialized in food chains, with a Cash & Carry format, is looking for a Second Supervisor to join a new training program for Managers, in the Canary Islands.

Initially, they will perform the role of 2nd supervisor, receiving training during a period of 6 to 9 months, rotating between different stores and departments, within Gran Canaria and among the rest of the islands, until a Management position is assigned to them.

What you'll do

Direct support to the Store Manager in daily management.
Coordination and supervision of the team.
Stock, ordering, and replenishment control.
Store opening and closing, cash balancing, and support at the checkout.
Guaranteeing compliance with company procedures and standards.
