Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience as a 2nd manager in personnel management.

Availability to travel between islands or within the island.

Interested in training and developing within the company to perform manager functions.

Profile with commercial skills, Leadership capacity.

Rotating morning and afternoon shifts - Monday to Sunday - Two days off per week
Salary: 20,500 euros gross/year, with possibilities for growth and salary review.
Additional Mobility BONUSES: availability for rotation on the island 1,800€/year and/or availability for rotation between the other islands 3,600€/year + Per diems; the company will cover accommodation, meals, and mileage for travel.

An important group specialized in food chains is looking for a Second Manager for one of our highest volume centers, a large-scale cash & carry with high turnover; initially, they will work as a second manager, receiving training during a period of 6 to 9 months, rotating between different stores and departments within Gran Canaria and among the other islands, until a Management position is assigned to them.

What you'll do

Duties

Direct support to the Store Manager in daily management.
Coordination and supervision of the team.
Stock, ordering, and replenishment control.
Store opening and closing, cash balancing, and support at the checkout.
Guaranteeing compliance with company procedures and standards.

How you'll work

They must have availability to travel to work at different stores on the islands when required (all expenses will be reimbursed + a fixed travel allowance)
