Important multinational company with activities in three main service areas traditionally managed by public authorities, seeking a second CPD electrician supervisor

What you'll do

Duties

- Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks by scheduling maintenance in detail (weekly and daily).

- Organize and supervise technical personnel and maintenance operators.

- Prepare field work.

- Distribute work orders and assign resources.

- Review completed work orders, analysis, and status and results reporting.

- Supervise the quality of repairs and work performed.

- Guarantee compliance with preventive maintenance programs.

- Organize the conductive maintenance of assigned equipment.

- Prepare and update conductive protocols for the facilities under their charge.

- Manage emergencies and urgent repairs.

- Control the inventory of spare parts and materials.

- Stock necessary tools and materials.

- Ensure compliance with safety and risk prevention regulations.

- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors.

- Control and reporting of work, prepare maintenance reports and KPIs.

- Investigate errors in the execution of work.

- Propose improvements in equipment and facilities.

- Direct communication with the client.

- Train and develop the technical team.

- Keep technical documentation and procedures up to date.

- Verification of attendance control and labor utilization control.
