The role
We are looking to hire a Methods and Time Technician with solid and demonstrable experience in the MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) methodology. This is a highly specialized and technical position within the Processes Department. The company belongs mainly to the metallurgical industrial sector and is located in Épila (30 min from Zaragoza).
What you'll do
- Perform methods and time studies in the different production processes.
- Analyze operations and work sequences using the MOST methodology.
- Determine normal times and standard times for operations.
- Apply time measurement criteria and techniques in a rigorous and homogeneous manner.
- Review and validate established times, identifying possible deviations or improvements.
- Provide continuity to the system and the time management program already implemented in the company.
- Work together with the Processes Department to analyze and standardize operations.
- Document methods, sequences, and times of operations.
- Participate in the technical review and defense of established times before the different stakeholders of the organization.
- Interact with the works council, providing technical arguments and defending the criteria used in determining times.
