About the role

From our company we are recruiting for an important company located in Madrid, 100% REMOTE PHONE AGENTS for the issuance of financial products and services for a major banking institution. 

What you'll do

The main duties will be: 

- Making calls to sell banking services such as loans or cards to CUSTOMERS OF THE BANKING INSTITUTION ITSELF.  

What we're looking for

We are looking for a person accustomed to working under pressure.  

A proactive person, full of energy and enthusiasm for their work. 

- ESSENTIAL: 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALL SALES. 

- VALENCIAN REQUIRED

- Having a computer and internet connection (fiber or ADSL) for training. A direct wired connection is essential. Due to bank regulations, working over WiFi is not allowed. 

- Good command of software and computer systems. 

- Specialization in outbound calling. 

- Telephone excellence: courtesy and good manners. 

- Sales skills. 

What you'll get

- Salary: €8.64 /hour gross + commissions.  

- Training: paid and with a contract from the start. 

- You will be provided with a computer and all the equipment (although on the first day, for training, you will need to use your own) 

How you'll work

- 30 hours per week:   

              - Afternoon shift schedule: from 2:30 PM to 9 PM Monday to Thursday and Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM (TOP PRIORITY) 

- 100% REMOTE 

- IMMEDIATE START
