Job description

We would like to have you on board for an INTERNSHIP position with the PURCHASING team of our SPRINGFIELD chain, for the Man line.

What would your day-to-day look like? Here is a summary of the main duties:

Provide support to the purchasing team in managing and tracking supplier delivery dates.

Provide support in the execution and maintenance of purchasing files.

Collaborate in obtaining data for future purchasing analysis and planning.

Provide support in managing samples and stock control. Participate by providing support in collaboration with other teams such as Marketing, e-commerce and Franchises.

Collaborate in carrying out competitor analysis.

Additionally:

We have a company canteen with the option of buying a menu at an affordable price, or if you prefer you can bring your own food, as microwaves and refrigerators are available in different areas of the building.

We also have our own medical service.

Duration: 6 months + possibility of extending for another 6 more months.

Location: Madrid city center (northern area. You can get there by metro, city bus or commuter rail; and if you choose your own vehicle you can park without any problem, as it is not a metered parking zone).

How do we imagine you?

You have training in Business Administration or similar.

Currently pursuing a Master's in Fashion Business Management will be highly valued.

You are proficient in Excel (formulas and pivot tables).

You have an advanced level of English (essential).

You consider yourself an analytical and dynamic profile. You have organizational skills and attention to detail.

Sensitivity to the product and a taste for fashion.

Ease of working in a team. We place great value on communication skills and interpersonal relationships.

Nos gustaría contar contigo para una posición en BECA con el equipo de COMPRAS de nuestra cadena SPRINGFIELD, para la línea de Man.

¿Cómo sería tu día a día? Aquí tienes un resumen de las principales funciones:

Brindar soporte al equipo de compra en la gestión y seguimiento de fechas de entrega de los proveedores.

Dar apoyo en la ejecución y mantenimiento de los ficheros de compra.

Colaborar en la obtención de datos para futuros análisis y planificación de compras.

Dar apoyo en la gestión del muestrario y control de stock. Participar dando soporte en colaboración con otros equipos como Marketing, e-commerce y Franquicias

Colaborar en la realización de análisis de competencia.

Además:

Contamos con comedor de empresa con la opción de poder comprar menú a un precio asequible o si lo prefieres puedes traer tu comida, ya que hay a disposición microondas y neveras por diferentes áreas del edificio.

También disponemos de un servicio médico propio.

Tienes formación en en ADE o similar.

Se valorará muy positivamente estar cursando un Máster en Gestión de Empresas de Moda.

Manejas con soltura Excel (formulación y tablas dinámicas).

Tienes un nivel de inglés alto (imprescindible).

Te consideras un perfil analítico y dinámico. Tienes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.

Sensibilidad por el producto y tienes gusto por la moda.

Facilidad para trabajar en equipo. Damos mucho valor a las habilidades comunicativas y las relaciones interpersonales.
