Where can I do my internship?
We have more than 65 stores throughout Spain and expansion plans both nationally and internationally. Each store has a Human Resources (People & Culture) department, so, once you have passed the selection process, you can join the store that best suits your personal situation.
Your future day-to-day
You will learn all the tasks involved in managing a Human Resources department:
- Collaborate in selection processes: curriculum screening, coordination and conducting interviews, and follow-up of candidates according to the procedures established by the company.
- Provide support in implementing a training culture within the store, as well as encouraging the company's internal promotion processes.
- Provide support in the administrative management of the department.
- Help ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within the store, as well as raising awareness among the team about the importance of working in a safe and healthy environment.
What are the requirements for this scholarship?
- Be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management, or Labor Relations (whose completion date is approximately when the scholarship period ends), or be pursuing a master's degree in human resources or a related course.
- Possibility of signing a collaboration agreement with an accredited educational center.
- Advanced level of office tools and Office package.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and teamwork.
- We will also value the languages you know, such as English or sign language.

If your interview takes place in-store you may have to complete a skills-based assessment.

- You can expect a structured interview, with a range of open-ended questions to understand your skills and experience.
- If a previous Retail Assistant application was unsuccessful, you may be unable to reapply for a period of up to 3 months.
