What will your duties be?
Incident resolution: Solve customer incidents received through the quality tool. Escalate them to the involved providers and follow up on their resolution. Once they are solved, transmit said solution to the Quality Department / Callcenter so that they, in turn, inform the affected customer.
Process control: Control and propose improvements to operational processes. Perform reconciliation and control of all daily processes, detecting incidents and communicating them both to their direct manager, as well as to the departments and external providers involved. Verify that all operational processes are carried out correctly according to the required quality levels. Additionally, always seek operational improvements that prevent these incidents and result in cost savings and improved customer service.
Proposal of improvements in the defined operational processes: Work on the continuous improvement of the area's processes, focusing those improvements on a reduction in the generation of operational incidents, reducing costs and improving the service offered to the customer.
Data collection and measurement: Download data from daily processes for the preparation of daily and monthly reports on productivity, volumes, and department quality indicators. Analyze data, evolution analysis, trends, and volumes to extract operational information for decision-making.
