The role

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store MANGO Almería CC Mediterráneo Teen.

What you'll do

Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of the sales staff.
Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
Advise and direct department management to resolve operational problems and improve department performance and conditions.

ABOUT YOU

3 to 5 years of previous experience in store management or similar roles.
University degree in business administration, commerce, or related areas.
Advanced knowledge in accounting and budgeting.
Experience in personnel supervision and management.
Experience in the implementation of commercialization strategies and financial administration at a store level
