With the opening of a new fashion and sneakers store in Barcelona, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to act as a key link between the Store Manager and the sales team. Your mission will be to drive commercial performance, ensure operational excellence, and develop your team through close, hands-on leadership.

Closely monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose concrete actions to achieve daily sales targets
Motivate, unite, and develop your team, delegating tasks and sharing knowledge in an educational way
