System Engineer

Due to increased activity, we are looking for a Systems Engineer, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. As part of the Team, you will be responsible for:

• Describing applications for digital solutions in Teams in cooperation with operational staff and in accordance with industry regulations (IATF; ISOs...)
• Collaborating hand in hand with development teams (subcontracted, IS/IT...) and safety teams (HSE).
• Participating in the development of digital solutions.
• Leading leadership change initiatives.
• Monitoring technical and technological developments within your scope.

• Experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / VDA certified environments or other industrial standards.

• Graduated in one of the related engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in implementing industrial technologies e.g.: robots, augmented/virtual reality, automation... or knowledge of AI technologies, data analysis, data visualization, etc.
• Ability to implement these technologies.
• Development of digital solution processes.
• Practices in agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT and security.
• Knowledge of industrial tools including ERP, MRP, MES, PLM...
• Advanced Spanish and English.

Debido a un aumento en la actividad, estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Sistemas , con sede en Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. Como parte del Equipo, serás responsable de:

• Describir aplicaciones para soluciones digitales en Teams en cooperación con el personal operacional y en concordancia con las normativas de la industria (IATF; ISOs...)
• Colaborar mano a mano con los equipos de desarrollo (subcontratados, IS/IT...) y los equipos de seguridad (HSE).
• Participar en el desarrollo de soluciones digitales.
• Liderar iniciativas de cambio de liderazgo.
• Monitorizar desarrollos técnicos y tecnológicos dentro de tu scope.

• Experiencia en entornos certificados ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / VDA u otros estándares industriales.

• Graduado/a en alguna de las ingenierías relacionadas.
• Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en los roles similares.
• Experencia en la implementación de tecnologías industriales EJ: robots, realidad aumentada/virtual, automatización... o conocimientos de tecnologías de IA, análisis de datos, visualización de datos, etc.
• Capacidad para la implementación de estas tecnologías.
• Desarrollo de procesos de soluciones digitales.
• Prácticas de metodologías ágiles.
• Conocimientos de IT y de seguridad.
• Conocimientos de herramientas industriales incluyengo ERP, MRP, MES, PLM...
• Español e Inglés avanzados.
