Salary: 27,000 - 30,000 EUR
Regular hours: Mon-Thu 10:00-13:30 / 17:00-20:00 - Fri 10:00-13:30
Scheduled surgeries if required: Mon-Fri 9:00.
Field week: Workplace: province of Soria and surrounding areas (company vehicle).
Regular hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00 with break whenever desired.
Work with large animals: Bovine: beef cattle in extensive systems. Health care (handling), clinical medicine, surgery, reproduction, obstetrics.
Small ruminants: mainly meat sheep in extensive systems. Health care (handling), identification, clinical medicine (mainly herd health).
Equine: identification, preventive medicine (vaccination, deworming), pathology and very basic and occasional surgery, studbook for the Hispano-Breton breed in the province of Soria.
Pets: preventive medicine at home for livestock farmers and the rural environment.
Agroseguro: expert appraisal office for the province of Soria and La Rioja Sur. You will be trained as an expert appraiser for support tasks.
Research: participation in any studies that may arise.
We are looking for a mixed animal veterinarian (small animals and farm animals).
Location: Soria Capital.
The job combines: - Field week: intensive mornings in the rural area. - Clinic week: clinic opening hours. - Experience: we especially value experience in bovine clinic, but it is not essential.
