Generalist Veterinarian

Main duties:

• Handling scheduled appointments during weeks 4 and 5
• Supervising hospitalized patients and attending emergencies during on-call shifts
• Assisted by a veterinary assistant during day shifts (not during night shifts)

Annual gross salary:

• 24,000 fixed, with supplements for night shifts, holidays, and objectives, which could raise the salary to between 28,000 and 30,000 annually.

Available vacancy:
Seeking a veterinarian for the emergency team, with a rotating shift system of 5 weeks (3 weekends off):

• Week 1: Nights from Monday to Thursday (8:30 PM to 9:00 AM the following day)
• Week 2: Nights from Friday to Sunday
• Week 3: Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Weeks 4 and 5: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Working conditions:

• Permanent contract, full-time
• Schedules and shifts known in advance
• Possibility of shift swaps with colleagues
• Extra fee of 100 for covering last-minute extraordinary on-call shifts
• Variable monthly payment based on emergencies attended and tests performed
• 22 days of annual vacation, to be taken during type 4 or 5 weeks (minimum 5 days in the first quarter)
• Equitable distribution of holiday on-call shifts among the 6 veterinarians on the emergency team

Vacante disponible:
Se busca veterinario/a para el equipo de urgencias, con sistema de turnos rotativos de 5 semanas (3 fines de semana libres):

• Semana 1: Noches de lunes a jueves (20:30 h a 9:00 h del día siguiente)
• Semana 2: Noches de viernes a domingo
• Semana 3: Sábados y domingos de 8:30 h a 21:00 h
• Semana 4 y 5: Lunes a viernes de 15:00 h a 21:00 h

Condiciones laborales:

• Contrato indefinido a jornada completa
• Horarios y turnos conocidos con antelación
• Posibilidad de cambios de turno con compañeros
• Retribución extra de 100 por cubrir guardias extraordinarias de última hora
• Pago mensual variable según urgencias atendidas y pruebas realizadas
• 22 días de vacaciones anuales, a disfrutar en las semanas tipo 4 o 5 (mínimo 5 días en el primer trimestre)
• Reparto equitativo de las guardias festivas entre los 6 veterinarios del equipo de urgencias
