VETERINARIAN EMERGENCY AND INTENSIVE CARE VETERINARY HOSPITAL IN BARCELONA
The Vet Office is looking for veterinarians for a renowned referral veterinary hospital located on Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona, with over 30 years of experience, specializing in emergency, intensive care, surgery, and internal medicine.
The center works in coordination with veterinary clinics throughout the metropolitan area, acting as a referral hospital. They handle complex cases and emergencies, offering 24/7 care 365 days a year, for both pet owners and industry professionals.
Contract for 40 average weekly hours (possibility of fewer hours with proportional salary)
Shifts:
Night: 9 or 12 hours
Day: 7.5 or 12 hours
Weekend: 12 hours (day or night)
Possibility of agreeing shifts in advance (day, night, weekends)
Always accompanied by 1-2 veterinary technicians on all shifts
Veterinarian and on-call veterinary technician available on all shifts
Referral center in Barcelona city
Specialized in emergency, intensive care, and advanced surgery (orthopedics, neurology, and soft tissue)
Equipped with complete infrastructure: X-ray, ultrasound, fiberoptic endoscopy, CT scan, laboratory, fully equipped operating rooms, ICU with ventilator, oxygen therapy, and intensive monitoring
Team of 7 veterinarians (2 managers with Monday-to-Friday schedules and 5 veterinarians on shifts) and 5-6 veterinary technicians
