We are looking for a profile with real experience in LLM systems in production, capable of designing robust, scalable, product-oriented solutions, working with cloud technologies, backend integrations, and complex conversational models.

Design and implement agent-based architectures (LLM + Agent Systems).
Build systems with:
Task orchestration
Context and memory management
Tool / function calling
Design non-deterministic conversational flows based on AI.
Integrate agents with:
REST APIs
Webhooks
Corporate systems
Messaging platforms (webchat, WhatsApp, etc.)
Develop AI solutions on cloud environments (especially GCP / Vertex AI).
Advanced prompt design:
Context control
System instructions
Handling ambiguity and edge cases
Implement strategies for:
Reducing hallucinations
Evaluating response quality
Improving conversational experience
Ensure system quality:
Scalability
Robustness
Maintainability
Guardrails
Define observability systems:
