Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or in roles related to data development and processing.
Knowledge in the design of data architectures, especially Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
Knowledge of Python for process scripting.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
Knowledge of data formats such as Parquet or Avro.

The role

At The Whiteam Consulting we are looking for a Data Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in the development of ETL pipelines with Apache Airflow, SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, as well as in the creation of interactive dashboards with Power BI or Qlik.

We are looking for a profile with knowledge in the design of data architectures, such as Data Lakes and Data Warehouses, who will participate in the construction of a Data Lake, the modeling and optimization of data structures and the visualization of information through Power BI or Qlik.

What you'll do

Design and build a Data Lake.
Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow.
Model and optimize data structures in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, and non-relational databases, such as ClickHouse.
Create interactive dashboards in Power BI or Qlik.
Document the developed processes and ensure the application of data governance best practices.

How you'll work

Modality and duration

Hybrid modality in Madrid: on-site from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.
Initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
