🔎 What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of solid, demonstrable experience in retail store management in a dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Demonstrable leadership skills of teams of at least 20 people and a passion for talent development.
• Experience and management of high-volume, high-turnover stores with floor areas exceeding 1,000 m².
• Analytical capacity, implementation of improvements, and deep knowledge of market and fashion trends.
• Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to take on challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• A good level of spoken and written English will be positively valued.
