• Demonstrable leadership skills of teams of more than 20 people and a passion for talent development.
• Experience and management of high-volume, high-turnover stores with floor areas exceeding 2,000 m².
• Analytical capacity, implementation of improvements, and deep knowledge of market and fashion trends.
• Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to take on challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

• A good level of spoken and written English will be positively valued.

🚀 The challenge

We are looking for a Store Team Leader with energy, vision, and leadership to drive the management and growth of our stores in Valencia and be part of this new expansion stage.

You will lead teams, optimize results, and contribute to the success of a store with a multimillion-euro turnover, within a dynamic, international, and constantly transforming environment.

🎯 What you will do

• Guide and teach employees how to carry out all activities in accordance with the necessary standards.

• Ensure that the processing room is organized according to the BSP and that products are ready to go to the shop floor before being taken out.
• Support the management of schedules and programming when necessary.
• Promote "variety and rotation" by prioritizing new products in featured areas.
• Ensure that the checkout area is organized and relocated according to the BSP.
• Manage queues efficiently and ensure that downtime is used effectively.
• Manage the service support employee so that products are removed frequently and reprocessed immediately.
• Guide the home delivery process (only in those stores where it is available).
