About the role

Are you passionate about large-scale design? We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and proactive Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time morning schedule.

Your main mission will be to bring advertising campaigns to life across physical media (billboards, buses) and digital platforms (DOOH screens), taking ownership from graphic conceptualization through to technical review and final artwork delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and pace of our visual media:

  • Large-format graphic design: Creating and adapting visual artwork for outdoor advertising (billboards, buses, urban furniture).
  • Final artwork (FA) control and review: Strict technical verification of files (resolution, bleeds, color profiles, die-cuts) to ensure error-free production.
  • Dynamic design for screens: Creating visual and animated pieces (Motion Graphics) for digital advertising screens.
  • Remote screen management: Uploading, updating, and verifying content on digital media via remote management software.
  • Operational management: Providing punctual support in administrative and communication tasks related to the technical/design department.

Requirements

Essential knowledge and tools:

  • Static Design (Adobe Suite): Fluent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Digital Design and Animation: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder (or similar video editing/conversion tools like Wondershare).
  • Final Artwork Preparation: Solid knowledge of technical preparation for print and large-format production (a fundamental requirement).
  • Technical/Office Tools: Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer / AnyDesk) for screen management, as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Valuable:

  • Previous experience in outdoor advertising agencies or graphic production.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency (will be positively valued for specific tasks).

Key skills:

  • A highly organized, meticulous person with excellent attention to detail (especially when reviewing final artwork).
  • A proactive and independent attitude when resolving technical or formatting issues.

Benefits and conditions

Full-time morning schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, ideal for balancing studies, personal projects, or other activities.

Dynamic environment: A varied role where you will work with both traditional large-format print media and dynamic digital formats.
