The role
Would you like to join a technical team within a consolidated company in the construction sector? Are you interested in developing as a Building Draftsperson, taking part in the development of technical projects and graphic documentation in a dynamic, growing environment? You will work from the office, within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating on the preparation of residential building projects and on technical coordination with different areas.
This is a very complete position, ideal for profiles with experience in drafting, attention to detail and a desire to keep growing within the technical area. Main duties
What you'll do
-Preparation, modification and updating of technical drawings for residential building projects.
-Development of architectural, layout, installation and construction detail drawings.
-Support in the preparation of graphic documentation for basic projects, execution projects and permits.
-Collaboration with the technical team in the drafting and review of projects.
-Interpretation of drawings and technical construction documentation.
-Coordination of documentation between architecture, engineering and installations.
-Updating drawings according to changes in the project or on site.
-Preparation of as-built drawings and final documentation.
-Support in measurements, valuations and auxiliary technical documentation.
Requirements
-Training in Drafting, Building Projects or similar.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting building projects.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
-Knowledge of Presto, Arquímedes, CYPE or similar tools is a plus.
-Knowledge of technical construction regulations.
-Organised, detail-oriented person with the ability to work in a team.
