We are looking to hire a person to work on the strapping machine, within a cardboard and paper industrial environment.
At the beginning, you will have the support of a colleague who will train you so that you can correctly learn the operation of the machines and the tasks of the position.
✔️ Carrying out the daily control and adjustment of the machines, guaranteeing the correct palletizing, strapping, and shrink-wrapping of the material.
✔️ Control of the different production programs: number and position of straps, number of turns, tension of the plastic for shrink-wrapping, type of pallet used, etc.
✔️ Support for the forklift operator in case of pallet jams in the palletizer (Manupal).
✔️ Collection of material that may fall on the output line.
✔️ Changing strapping rolls and shrink-wrap plastic when necessary.
✔️ Taking samples and performing ECT quality controls according to planning.
✔️ Recording quality controls in the IPSF program.
✔️ Daily cleaning of the work area at the end of the working day.
✔️ Support for shipping and forklift operators.
✔️ Support for the supervisor by providing information about the finished material.
