📢 WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN IN-HOUSE PREVENTION SERVICE (SPP) AND HSE SYSTEMS MANAGER (M/F/X) IN LOECHES! 📢

Do you have experience leading Occupational Risk Prevention and HSE Management Systems in an industrial environment? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for a professional to direct the In-house Prevention Service and drive the prevention culture and legal and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ In-house Prevention Service: Direct and coordinate the SPP, update planning and the prevention plan, perform risk assessments, investigate accidents/incidents, and coordinate Health Surveillance, temporary employment agencies (ETTs), and contractors.

✔️ Institutional Relations: Act as the primary interlocutor before the Labor Inspectorate, Mutual Insurance companies, competent authorities, and health services.

✔️ HSE Management Systems: Maintain and develop ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, update procedures, manage indicators/dashboards, and ensure legal and corporate compliance.

✔️ Audits and Compliance: Plan, lead, and coordinate internal, external, corporate, and client audits, managing non-conformities and planning corrective actions.

✔️ Prevention Culture and Advisory: Drive the prevention culture, advise Management and supervisors on projects/investments, develop awareness campaigns, and promote active staff participation.

✔️ Authority and Leadership: You will have the authority to halt activities in case of serious and imminent risk, define prevention priorities, and escalate critical risks to Management.
