What we're looking for

We are looking for candidates with a strong vocation for baking and pastry-making, with demonstrable experience in dough preparation and who are comfortable working in a workshop. We value proactivity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in production.

Previous experience in packaging lines or at least in food industry campaigns (preferably mantecado) is required.

Proactive, responsible attitude and strong ability to work in a team.

Flexible schedule and availability to work shifts during the mantecado campaign.

Residence in Estepa or surrounding areas (Aguadulce, Herrera, Pedrera, Osuna, Puente Genil, La Lentejuela, El Rubio, Casariche, Badolatosa...)

Nice to have

Valid food handler certificate.

Basic knowledge of production and packaging machinery.

The role

At Triangle Solutions, we are dedicated to connecting talent with the most promising job opportunities. On this occasion, we are looking to add to our team a PRODUCTION OPERATOR (M/F/X) for the MANTECADO CAMPAIGN, to join a prestigious company in the traditional bakery and pastry sector.

What you'll do

Dough Preparation: Prepare and make dough for mantecados, strictly following the processes and recipes established by the company. Ensure the consistency and quality of the final product.
Handling of Raw Materials: Handle and accurately measure a variety of raw materials essential for the production of mantecados, such as flours, sugars, fats (shortenings), and other ingredients.
Loading and Unloading: Perform loading and unloading of sacks and boxes of raw materials and finished products, with weights ranging between 15 and 25 kg. Good physical condition and skill in handling loads are required.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Actively contribute to maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas of the workshop. Follow cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure a hygienic and safe working environment.
Quality Control: Supervise the production process to ensure that mantecados meet the defined quality standards. Identify and report any deviations.
Packaging: Participate in the packaging tasks of finished products, ensuring proper packing that preserves the quality and presentation of the mantecados.
Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to all current food hygiene and safety regulations, as well as the company's internal policies. This includes the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Process Optimization: Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in production and packaging processes.
