Production Operator

• School graduate, ESO, or related studies.
• Previous experience in production tasks and food handling.

• You will prepare the product in the appropriate format, previously checking that they are free of residue and remains from other products.
• You will perform process self-controls, defined as control points, to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• You will place the finished product bags into the packaging, so that they meet the established standards for quality, placement, and image within the box.
• You will place the packaging boxes into the sealing and labeling machine.
• You will check the condition and type of the packaging and the correct printing (batch, expiration date, ingredients...) of all packaged products.
• You will note and report the control data in the production log sheets for your section.
• Prepare the tools and the work area.
• You will keep the work area clean and organized.
