Do you have experience as a Call Center Agent or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Valencia.

• Handle incoming calls from banking sector customers
• Provide clear and concise information about the financial product or service
• Resolve issues and queries
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Manage CRM systems

🎯 Contract: Initially a 3-month contract through a staffing agency with the possibility of extension (stable service).

💰 Salary: €9.34/hour gross

🏆 Extras: Initial training of 18 days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Online. Starting on 14/09/2026. Paid if the probationary period is passed.

EUR 15,732 per year

📅 Schedule: Option of a 38.5-hour week. Morning shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Sunday) and option of a 38.5-hour week on the afternoon shift from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Monday to Sunday). Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month. On-site work.

🔹 Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the banking sector)

🔹 Availability from Monday to Sunday and to work flexible shifts.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

🔹 A degree in finance or business-related fields is a plus.

• Gestión de sistemas de CRM

🎯 Contrato: Contrato inicialmente a través de ETT de 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga (servicio estable).

💰 Salario: 9,34€/h en bruto

🏆 Extras: Formación inicial de 18 días de 09h a 15h. Online. Inicio el 14/09/2026. Remunerada si se supera periodo de prueba.

📅 Horario: Posibilidad de jornada 38,5H/S. Mañana de 08:00h a 16:00h (lunes a domingo) y posibilidad de jornada 38,5h/s de tarde 16:00h a 00:00h (les a domingo). Lunes a domingo con dos fines de semana al mes de descanso. Trabajo presencial.
