We are not just looking for someone to answer calls; we are looking for a person with a customer-focused approach, a sales profile, and the ability to manage retention processes in a structured environment, with defined procedures and stability throughout the campaign.

We are currently looking to bring on Retention Managers for Funeral Insurance for one of our clients in Valencia.

What you'll do

Manage retention calls for funeral insurance policies.
Identify needs and offer alternatives to prevent cancellations.
Build loyalty and maintain the client portfolio.
Resolve queries and issues from policyholders.
Record the details of each interaction in the internal tools.

How you'll work

Temporary contract.
Full-time or part-time hours depending on the assigned shift (30 or 38 hours per week).
Paid initial training.
In-person model during training, with the possibility of a hybrid model afterwards depending on performance.
Salary according to the interprofessional minimum wage (SMI).

Requirements

Previous experience in a high-volume call center.
Sales or client retention experience.
Fluent Valencian.
Good command of computer tools.
A plus: accredited B2/First Certificate level in English.
