About the role

Do you have experience as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR (M/F/X) 100% MULTICHANNEL CUSTOMER SERVICE - TECHNOLOGY SECTOR FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis

✔️ Comprehensive handling of the Chat, Phone and email service, responding to customer needs, based on established procedures, standards and quality objectives.

✔️Effective handling and resolution of customer incidents, queries and doubts

✔️Meeting the campaign's KPIs.

✔️Updating knowledge through the scripts and procedures associated with the service

✔️Updating and managing databases

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Temporary replacement (covering medical leave)

💰 Salary: 9.71 euros gross /hour

🏆 Extras: Training paid for by the company.

🚀 Opportunities for growth within the company

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekends off. 39 hours per week.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día

✔️ Atención integral del servicio de Chat, Teléfono y email dando respuesta a las necesidades del cliente, en base a los procedimientos, estándares y objetivos de calidad establecidos.

✔️Atención y resolución eficaz de las incidencias, consultas y dudas del cliente

✔️Cumplimiento de los KPI's de la campaña.

✔️Actualización de conocimientos a través de los argumentarios y procedimientos asociados al servicio

✔️Actualización y gestión de las bases de datos

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Interinidad (cubrir baja medica)

💰 Salario: 9,71 euros brutos /hora
