What you'll do

Drive and supervise vehicles during assigned routes.
Follow routes, procedures, and established operational schedules.
Maintain constant attention to vehicle behavior and road conditions.
Intervene while driving when necessary to ensure safety.
Record observations, incidents, and relevant events accurately and in detail.
Use mobile applications, digital tools, and integrated vehicle systems.
Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure data quality.
Strictly comply with all safety regulations and project procedures.
Maintain a professional attitude focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

European Union citizenship.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Availability to travel to the United States for initial training (visa provided by the company).
Good level of English for communicating with international teams.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
Ability to remain focused during long driving periods.
Basic knowledge of digital tools, smartphones, and productivity applications.
Excellent driving habits and strong attention to detail.
