You will be part of the team providing support in the operational management of courses, administrative support, and the monitoring of data and reports. You will have the opportunity to see firsthand how a professional environment works and how a business unit is managed from the inside.

Operational management of courses
Coordination of schedules and calls for enrollmentRegistration managementAttendance and documentation monitoring

Administrative support
Updating databases and CRMOrganization and filing of documentationSupport in communications with trainers and participantsIncident control

SeMonitoring and reporting
Collecting and recording surveysPreparing basic reports
Support in analyzing resultsIn addition, you will be able to collaborate on other tasks that arise day to day. Every week will be different, and always with guidance.

Requirements
Vocational training / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Administration or similar.
Availability in the mornings and for a duration of more than 3 months.
Eagerness to learn, get organized, and grow in a professional environment.
Possibility of completing the internship at the office in Barcelona or Valladolid
Immediate start.
